What happens if you receive a strike
If a strike is issued, we’ll let you know by email, through notifications on mobile and desktop, or by mail at your place of business. We’ll also tell you:
- What initiated grounds of disqualification from our Verified Network.
- Which actions are not harmonious with our standards of qualification (for example dishonesty, threats, or violence)
- How it affects your digital estate holdings
- What you can do next
If your actions violate our Qualifying Guidelines, here’s how it affects your digital holdings:
Warning
We understand mistakes happen and people don’t mean to violate our policies — that’s why the first violation is only a warning. Note that KIMS will warn you once. The next time your disqualifying actions are found to violate KIMS Guidelines you will receive a strike. If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal via email at appeal@gooverified.com
First Strike
If we find your business behavior doesn’t follow our policies for a second time, you will receive a strike. This means you won’t be able to benefit from our Verified Google Network, Online Traffic Tools, SEO, SMO, Etc – for one week. Full privileges will be restored automatically after the one week period, but your strike will remain on your account for 30 days.
Second Strike
If you get a second strike within the same 30 day period as your first strike, you will not be able to access digital holdings and content channels for 2 weeks. If there are no further issues, full privileges will be restored automatically after the 2 week period, but each strike expires 30 days from the time it was issued.
Third Strike
Three strikes in the same 30 day period will result in your account being permanently disqualified from KIMS holdings and KIMS will automatically absorb all our built cyber estate including but not limited to Keyword Domain Names, accumulated digital estate, SEO Labor associated accounts, etc. Also, note that each strike expires in 30 days from the time it is issued and that KIMS has the right to terminate qualified clients at any time we so choose. Please remember that our business is a courtesy service.
